- Is the callback URL displayed automatically?
Yes, once you have added your API key and API endpoint from the Tall Bob Platform, you can then see the callback URL getting displayed under the Two-Way Messaging section.
- I have deleted my Custom SMS Provider Integration and can’t find it in the list

- Are Bloomreach attributes case sensitive?
Yes. For sending SMS or Email campaigns, customers must have certain attributes like ‘phone’ and ‘email’ set, and those attributes should hold a valid input. Also, the attribute names should be in all lowercase, like "phone" and "email".
- What is the difference between a hard ID and soft ID?
Hard ID - Often, the hard ID is the email that the customer used to register. Every customer can have multiple hard IDs, but each hard ID can only have 1 value.
Soft ID - A typical example of a soft ID is a cookie. One customer can have multiple soft IDs if they used multiple devices to visit your website.

- What are the requirements for sending a 2-way conversation via Bloomreach?
You would need the following details for a two-way communication
- Dedicated number required: You must have a dedicated phone number. Your customers can't reply to alphanumeric senders.
- International format: Phone numbers must use international format with "00" or "+" prefix.

- When you are integrating Bloomreach and Tall Bob to get smooth 2-way sending, provide a Tall Bob longcode [you can reach out to your Tall Bob Account Manager to get this setup for your account]
- A longcode will look like an Australian Mobile number with a +614 format. To add that as a Sender ID in Bloomreach, please follow the steps in the documentation - https://documentation.bloomreach.com/engagement/docs/sms-campaigns#set-up-sender-profiles
- How to bulk add consent?
To set Bulk consent for your contacts,do the following:
- Navigate to Data and Assets -> Imports. Note - Your file should have the following mandatory columns
- ID that was used to map the contacts during customer imports
- A column called ‘action’ with value ‘accept’ [all in lowercase]
- A column called ‘category’ with value ‘<consent_name>’ [all in lowercase]
- A column called ‘valid_until’ with value ‘unlimited’ [all in lowercase]
- Click on New Imports and choose events, and select ‘Consent’. Click on the ‘Next’ Button
- Upload your file. The file should be ‘csv’ or and ‘xml’ format.
- Click on Next and map the ID type used during customer import with the ID column.
- Add a new column called ‘imported_timestamp’ and set the field type to current timestamp
- Map the timestamp attribute to that column and click on the ‘Run Import’ Button
- Unsubscribe checks in Bloomreach
You can unsubscribe from Bloomreach using the following options
- Providing a text like ‘Reply STOP to unsubscribe/ Reply STOP to <longcode> to unsubscribe
- In Project settings -> channels -> sms, set up a keyword auto response.

- Link shortening in Bloomreach -
- Link shortening can be done in Bloomreach by checking the option in the General campaign settings page. However, the feature needs to be enabled by the Bloomreach account manager for your account . - If you have set up a pURL in Tall Bob, contact your account manager to enable link shortening. This will replace the Bloomreach link with the pURL set up in Tall Bob.
- What is the correct mobile number format that will be used for sending?
International format: Phone numbers must use international format with "00" or "+" prefix. You can set it up under Settings -> Project Settings -> Channels -> SMS -> SMS settings section
