Tall Bob offers SMS2Email functionality, which converts incoming message responses to an Email in the user’s inbox.
The idea of using SMS2Email would be when the Tall Bob user prefers to see their customer replies in their inbox instead of by webhook or in the platform.

Limitations of SMS2Email:
When a longcode is shared between accounts, a campaign needs to be sent to the mobile number from which the message was received to the longcode
