Tall Bob supports various file formats that a user could choose from for their MMS Campaigns.
Please refer to the table below to check the file extensions and file types offered by Tall Bob.

Please note that while certain file types, such as Animated PNGs, are technically valid, they may not be supported on iOS devices. As a result, the MMS may send successfully, but the file might not display correctly on the recipient’s handset.
The file that needs to be uploaded should not be more than 1500KB in size.
