To check if you have the right contact upload list please ensure that
The uploaded sheet is a CSV or Excel formatted file.
If using an excel file make sure your file contains data only on the first sheet, data on other sheets are ignored.
The Contact sheet is not empty
The Mobile Numbers are formatted correctly. To know more about the correct mobile format, click here: Mobile Format Rules
