Tall Bob provides an option for their users to use an external reference for their API Sends.
How does it work?
The use of an external reference can be done by following the steps below:
Use the endpoint mentioned in API Docs for an API Send.
Add a reference [preferably a unique ID] while sending the campaign.
If your message replies are connected via webhooks, the reference sent will be returned. In the case of having message responses returned, you need to have the event trigger mentioned in Webhook Formats should be added to your webhooks.
