All SMS Reports

Table Representations

Tall Bob allows you to view the SMS Reports sent via Platform and API. The Campaigns that appear in the All SMS Reports are:

• SMS

• API

• Chat

Each campaign report would provide a detailed count on the following statistics:

Date: Tall Bob captures dates on which the message has been ‘Sent’ and the date message has been ‘Delivered’.

Recipient Details: The recipient's details would include the first name, last name and phone number of the recipient.

Message Details: The message details include the Sender ID, Campaign Name, SMS content and the SMS units.

Distribution Method: The distribution method column provides details about the medium from which the message was sent i.e., Platform or API.
