How does it work?

• When Tall Bob User wants to get their customer’s feedback, they could do it using the Tall Bob and Review.io integration.

• The user just has to get a review link customized and added to a landing page by following the steps mentioned in the scribe above. A sample link would look something like this

• When a message uses that landing page, the review.io page can be accessed by the customers

• The customer's interaction with the link can be tracked and viewed on the Campaign Analytics Page.
