Setting up a Long Code Sender ID in Ortto

A long code is used to support 2 way SMS and allows your customers to reply. If you do not already have a long code, please contact us at support@TallBob.com to have one provisioned to your account. 


Once a number has been provisioned, follow the steps below to finalise set-up within Ortto.
